Willowick Estates is a subdivision that is located in west Houston’s prestigious Memorial Villages nestled in Hunter’s Creek Village. Willowick is bordered to the north by Memorial Drive and east of Voss Road. Willowick Estates features spacious lots, large trees, quiet streets, private city services, and an aesthetic blend of older homes and new construction. There area approximately 97 properties in the Willowick subdivision. Residents in Willowick Estates receive law enforcement and fire protection from the Memorial Villages Police and the Villages Fire Department and have their own city government

Most of Village is north of the Buffalo Bayou and that portion is served by the Spring Branch Independent School District, while the portion south of the Buffalo Bayou is served by the Houston Independent School District. There are also a number of distinguished private schools in the area. All residents are assigned to Wildcat Way School in Houston for preschool. One school, Hunters Creek Elementary School, is within the city boundaries. Most residents are zoned to Hunters Creek; some are zoned to Memorial Drive Elementary School in Piney Point Village. Students in Hunters Creek go to Spring Branch Middle School and Memorial High School, which are in Hedwig Village. HISD students are zoned to Briargrove Elementary School, Grady Middle School  and Lee High School (students may attend Lamar High School
