ALIANA - An extraordinary place to live.
A true mixed-use development, Aliana™ will feature a unique array of upscale residential options, high-end retail, state-of-the-art commercial properties, and unparalleled community amenities. Spanning 2,000 acres, and conveniently located at the heart of thriving Fort Bend County, the master-planned community of Aliana™ is northwest of Sugar Land, between the Grand Parkway and FM 1464. Lush landscaping, handcrafted entry monuments, and unmatched amenities will create a community like no other. Distinctive neighborhoods will exist within the community, showcasing homes crafted by a team of top-notch builders. Plans also include a new FBISD elementary school to be built within Aliana™. Aliana™ abounds with the ultimate amenities for a five-star standard of living. The development offers tranquil water amenities intertwined among tree-lined walking trails, luxuriously landscaped parks, and many other sought-after amenities.
Aliana™ amenities will include: a $5 million amenity center, featuring a grand, resident-only clubhouse and a resort-style pool complex; beautifully landscaped hike and bike trails; the Aliana Polo and Racquet Club; a variety of water features, and close proximity to two of Houston’s finest private golf clubs. Limited membership opportunities to the new Trellis, The Spa at the Houstonian Golf and Country Club, will also be available to Aliana™ residents.
Schools
When you choose Aliana™, you will be part of the Fort Bend ISD, one of the top school districts in the Houston area. Fort Bend ISD’s explosive growth is fueled by a solid reputation for educational excellence and the district is planning to expand and build eight more campuses over the next three years.
For our youngest generation, we are planning for the construction of a new elementary school nestled safely within the community. Until construction is complete, however, students will attend one of the three outstanding grade schools, a highly ranked middle school, and an award-winning high school.
